The medical students of the University of Nigeria Nsukka have embarked on a peaceful protest inside their Enugu Campus over the lack of power supply.
The students said they have endured and managed the power problem for a very long time.
According to the students, they have not had light in their hostel located inside the old University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital for the past two months.
The clinical medical students said they do not have access to the WiFi network that they pay for every year, and no source of water in their hostel whereas their fellow students in other departments have always been provided with all of these, which they all pay equally for.
