Armed men have invaded Prince Academy in Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State, abducting many students and escaping with them to an unknown destination.
The students were preparing for their Junior Secondary School examinations before they were abducted.
The gunmen were said to have first stormed Damba-Kasaya community in Chikun LGA, raiding many houses in the area before heading to the school.

Although, the spokesperson for the Kaduna State Police Command, Mohammed Jalige, could not confirm the incident, some residents said the gunmen came in motorcycles and shot sporadically all through the operation.
Amnesty International had on Monday disclosed that bandits killed at least 1,126 people across Nigeria in 2020 alone. Similarly, the group said about 380 people were abducted by bandits between January and June 2020.
